Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Peppermint Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Creme de Menthe
  • Candy canes or peppermints (for garnish and rimming the glass)

Instructions

  1. Fill a martini glass with ice.
  2. Optionally, crush a few candy canes or peppermints in a zip-lock bag to use for rimming the glass.
  3. Add peppermint vodka, vanilla vodka, and creme de menthe to a cocktail shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker 3/4 full of ice, place the cap, and shake for 15-30 seconds.
  5. Empty the ice from the glass and, if desired, rub a little of the peppermint vodka on the rim and dip the glass in the crushed peppermint.
  6. Strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with a candy cane or a piece of peppermint candy.
