Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 6 large fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 ounces absinthe
  • 8 ounces unsweetened iced tea
  • 1 lemon wedge (for garnish)
  • 1 mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a 16 ounce glass, add the sugar followed by the mint leaves.
  2. Muddle the mint and sugar until it forms a green, grainy pulp.
  3. Pour the absinthe into the glass.
