Ingredients

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 0.50 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 0.50 oz. ginger-mint simple syrup
  • 1 cup ginger beer, chilled
  • Fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the vodka, fresh lime juice, and ginger-mint simple syrup.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Just before serving, add the chilled ginger beer to the mixture.
  4. Ladle the punch into glasses filled with crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
