Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. limeade concentrate, thawed
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 1 cup club soda, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Watermelon ice cubes (see Notes for instructions)
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the thawed limeade concentrate and fresh mint leaves. Lightly muddle the mint leaves using a wooden spoon.
  2. Add the vodka and chilled club soda to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
  3. Fill a glass with ice, and add a watermelon ice cube and a slice of lime.
  4. Pour the cocktail into the glass and garnish with a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
