Ingredients
- 1/8 cup finely grated chocolate
- 1 Tbsp sugar (use larger crystals if available)
- 1/2 Tbsp orange sprinkles (optional for a festive touch)
- 1.50 oz Tequila
- 1.50 oz coffee liqueur
- 0.25 oz vanilla syrup (combine 1.5 tsp water and 0.25 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1.50 oz half and half
Instructions
- Mix the grated chocolate and sugar, then spread it on a plate.
- Dip the rim of a glass into the coffee liqueur and then into the chocolate mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Tequila, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup, and half and half with ice.
- Shake vigorously until cold.
- Pour the mixture into the ice-filled glass.
- Serve as is or with straws.
