Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup finely grated chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (use larger crystals if available)
  • 1/2 Tbsp orange sprinkles (optional for a festive touch)
  • 1.50 oz Tequila
  • 1.50 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.25 oz vanilla syrup (combine 1.5 tsp water and 0.25 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1.50 oz half and half

Instructions

  1. Mix the grated chocolate and sugar, then spread it on a plate.
  2. Dip the rim of a glass into the coffee liqueur and then into the chocolate mixture.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Tequila, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup, and half and half with ice.
  5. Shake vigorously until cold.
  6. Pour the mixture into the ice-filled glass.
  7. Serve as is or with straws.
