Ingredients

  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka (or spiced rum)
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 3 slices fresh lime (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut rum, vanilla vodka, and Blue Curaçao in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well for about 20 seconds.
  4. Fill your serving glass with ice. If desired, place 2 lime slices against the inside of the glass for garnish.
  5. Strain the drink into the serving glass.
  6. Optionally, attach a lime slice to the rim of the glass.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
