  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 cardamom pods, seeds removed and ground (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using cardamom pods, crush them and discard the green husks. Grind the seeds to a fine powder.
  2. Remove the mango flesh, leaving the stone in the middle and trimming away the skin.
