- 2 ripe mangos
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2 cardamom pods, seeds removed and ground (optional)
Instructions
- If using cardamom pods, crush them and discard the green husks. Grind the seeds to a fine powder.
- Remove the mango flesh, leaving the stone in the middle and trimming away the skin.
