Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers
  • 1/2 cup half and half

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water. Divide the boiled water into a mug and add an Earl Grey tea bag to steep.
  2. In a separate pot, bring 1/4 cup of water and granulated sugar to a boil. Add the lavender flowers and simmer until the sugar dissolves and the water becomes aromatic. Strain the lavender syrup into the tea.
