Luck of the Irish Whiskey Coffee

Ingredients
- 1.50-2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 4 ounces fresh-brewed coffee
- 2-3 brown sugar cubes (or 1-2 tsp brown sugar)
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- Chocolate Shavings (optional)
- 1 tablespoon whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the coffee mug with almost boiling water, then empty the water.
- Pour the coffee into the warm mug, add the brown sugar, and stir until dissolved.
- Add the whiskey to the coffee and stir to combine.
- Whip the cream until thick but still pourable.
- Gently pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee, allowing it to float on top. Do not stir.
- Garnish with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired. Sip and savor!
