Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 ounce Dark Chocolate (roughly chopped)
  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • Whipped Cream for topping
  • Sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is warm and steamy.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and chopped chocolate.
  3. Whisk or stir the cocoa mix until all the ingredients are combined and the chocolate is fully melted.
  4. Remove from the heat.
  5. Pour in Baileys Irish Cream and Jameson Irish Whiskey, then stir.
  6. Pour into a coffee cup and top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
