Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (the thick kind in the can)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered Swerve
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup
- 2 tablespoons white rum
- 1 tablespoon coconut vodka
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, powdered Swerve, vanilla extract, sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup, white rum, coconut vodka, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a cup. If making multiple servings, pour it into a pitcher and refrigerate for an hour or two to chill.
