Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (the thick kind in the can)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered Swerve
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup
  • 2 tablespoons white rum
  • 1 tablespoon coconut vodka
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, powdered Swerve, vanilla extract, sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup, white rum, coconut vodka, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until well combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a cup. If making multiple servings, pour it into a pitcher and refrigerate for an hour or two to chill.
  4. Before serving, lightly dust the top of the drink with a little additional ground cinnamon.
