Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce Elderflower Liqueur (St. Germain)
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/3 cup fresh strawberries, rinsed and stems removed
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 strawberry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Juice half of the lime and place the strawberries, lime juice, and the juiced lime half in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle the ingredients to release the juices and flavors, then remove the lime peel.
  3. Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and egg white to the shaker.
  4. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously without ice for 8-10 seconds.
  5. Open the shaker, add ice, and shake again for another 8-10 seconds.
  6. Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  7. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy!
