Ingredients

  • Water (for ice cubes)
  • Pomegranate seeds (arils)
  • 2 ounces brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
  • 1 ounce dry gin
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • 0.50 ounces Aperol
  • 3 drops rose water
  • Sparkling lemonade
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill an ice cube tray with water and add pomegranate seeds to each well. Freeze until solid.
  2. In a chilled mixing glass, combine the chilled tea, gin, vermouth, Aperol, and rose water, stirring well to mix.
  3. Fill a Collins glass with the pomegranate ice cubes, then pour the mixture over the ice.
  4. Top with sparkling lemonade.
