Lovely Rose Aperol Fizz
A harmonious blend of floral rose, botanical gin, and bittersweet Aperol, topped with sparkling lemonade and pomegranate ice cubes.
Ingredients
- Water (for ice cubes)
- Pomegranate seeds (arils)
- 2 ounces brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
- 1 ounce dry gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 0.50 ounces Aperol
- 3 drops rose water
- Sparkling lemonade
- Ice
Instructions
- Fill an ice cube tray with water and add pomegranate seeds to each well. Freeze until solid.
- In a chilled mixing glass, combine the chilled tea, gin, vermouth, Aperol, and rose water, stirring well to mix.
- Fill a Collins glass with the pomegranate ice cubes, then pour the mixture over the ice.
- Top with sparkling lemonade.
