Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 tsp agave
  • 5 oz red wine
  • Red food coloring
  • Lime juice
  • Sugar
  • Strawberry sparkling water
  • 1 fresh strawberry (cut in heart shape)

Instructions

  1. In one shallow dish, pour lime juice, and in another dish, pour sugar.
  2. Run red food coloring along the rim of the cocktail glass.
  3. Dip the rim in lime juice and then in the sugar to coat it.
  4. Add tequila, triple sec, agave, and red wine to the glass and stir.
  5. Top off with strawberry sparkling water.
  6. Garnish the rim with a heart-shaped strawberry.
