Ingredients

  • 5 gelatin leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups Prosecco
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 6 tablespoons limoncello
  • Edible gold glitter, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Place the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes or until softened. Squeeze the leaves and discard the water.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, combine the limoncello, gelatin, and sugar, and gently heat over a pan of boiling water until the gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat, add the Prosecco to the bowl, and stir to combine the ingredients.
  4. Carefully and slowly pour the jelly mixture into serving glasses until nearly full.
  5. Refrigerate until the jelly is set.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle a touch of edible gold glitter on top for a touch of elegance.
