Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Apple Juice
  • 0.70 oz. Elderflower cordial
  • 2 oz. Soda water
  • 1 Elderflower sprig
  • 1 Lemongrass stalk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garnish by cutting the elderflower sprig and lemongrass.
  2. Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
  3. Pour the apple juice and elderflower cordial into the glass and stir well.
  4. Add more ice to fill the glass.
  5. Top up with soda water.
