Ingredients

  • 1 oz cake flavored vodka (or whipped cream vodka)
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • Club Soda (to top off)
  • Vanilla frosting (or corn syrup and sprinkles for garnish)

Instructions

  1. To rim the glass: dip the glass upside down in vanilla frosting or a plate of corn syrup, then rim with sprinkles.
  2. Place vodka and limoncello in a martini shaker with ice.
  3. Shake, then strain into the glass.
  4. Top off with club soda.
  5. You can easily double this or make a pitcher by using equal parts of each alcohol and topping it off with club soda.
