Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon granulated monk fruit sweetener or granulated stevia
  • 1 lavender tea bag
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 shot bourbon (optional)
  • Ice
  • Lemon slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Turn off the heat and stir in the sweetener until it dissolves.
  3. Steep the lavender tea bag in the hot water until it turns deep brown, then discard the tea bag.
  4. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and adjust the flavors to your taste by adding more water, lemon juice, or sweetener.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the fridge to chill.
