Ingredients
- 6 Fresh Lavender Heads
- 4 cups Boiling Water
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Lemons
- 10-14 tbsp Vodka
Instructions
- Place the lavender in a small bowl and pour 1 cup of boiling water over it to infuse.
- Simmer the rest of the sugar and water in a small saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
- Juice the lemons and add the juice to the sugar and water mixture.
- Remove the lavender from the small bowl of infused water and stir it into the lemon mixture.
- Allow the mixture to cool, then add the vodka to taste. Serve over ice and enjoy!
