Ingredients

  • 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz lavender syrup
  • A dash of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lemon sparkling water
  • Garnish: lemon slice, lavender
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dried lavender
  • Zest of 1 small lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, dried lavender, and lemon zest on a plate. Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and dip it into the sugar mix to coat the rim.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Empress 1908 Gin, fresh lemon juice, lavender syrup, vanilla extract, and ice. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
  4. Top with lemon sparkling water.
