Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Rosé wine
  • 3/4 oz. Tequila blanco
  • 3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine)
  • 1/2 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Demerara or dark Muscovado sugar
  • 6 dashes Grapefruit bitters
  • 1 oz. Club soda
