Ingredients

  • 1 oz fresh raspberries
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1Â1/2 oz fresh lime juice (roughly 1 juicy lime)
  • Â3/4 oz blue agave silver tequila
  • Â1/2 oz white rum
  • 1 tablespoon blue agave syrup
  • 2Â1/2 - 3 oz ginger kombucha
  • Lemon or lime twist (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries and mint leaves together.
  2. Add the lime juice, tequila, rum, and agave syrup to the shaker.
  3. Add fresh ice, cover, and shake until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture over crushed ice into a lowball glass, filling it halfway.
  5. Top the glass with ginger kombucha and stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries, a citrus twist, and a sprig of mint. Serve and enjoy!
