A refreshing and tangy cocktail that combines the probiotic goodness of kombucha with the zesty flavors of raspberries and mint.
Ingredients
- 1 oz fresh raspberries
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- 1Â1/2 oz fresh lime juice (roughly 1 juicy lime)
- Â3/4 oz blue agave silver tequila
- Â1/2 oz white rum
- 1 tablespoon blue agave syrup
- 2Â1/2 - 3 oz ginger kombucha
- Lemon or lime twist (for garnishing)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries and mint leaves together.
- Add the lime juice, tequila, rum, and agave syrup to the shaker.
- Add fresh ice, cover, and shake until chilled.
- Strain the mixture over crushed ice into a lowball glass, filling it halfway.
- Top the glass with ginger kombucha and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, a citrus twist, and a sprig of mint. Serve and enjoy!
