Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
- PRANA organic fair trade cane sugar (for rimming the glass)
- 2 tsp PRANA organic whole black ProactivChia seeds
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/8 cup Triple Sec or Cointreau
- A dash of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Kombucha, your choice of flavor
- A few ice cubes
- 1 lime, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Dip the rims of the glasses in a little lime juice, then roll in cane sugar to frost the rims.
- In a small bowl, mix water and chia seeds and set aside for 20 minutes to turn into gel.
- In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine the alcohols, lime juice, maple syrup, ice cubes, and chia gel. Secure the lid and shake well.
- Add kombucha, stir quickly, and pour into frosted glasses.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
