Ingredients

  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 oz whiskey (or bourbon)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp allulose syrup (see notes for more options)
  • 1/4 tsp cocoa powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp instant coffee
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on low speed until just combined. Avoid over-mixing to prevent curdling.
  2. If using granular sweetener, ensure the blender is dry, add the sweetener, blend until powdered, and then add the remaining ingredients and blend briefly.
