Ingredients
- 2 oz heavy whipping cream
- 1 oz whiskey (or bourbon)
- 1 1/2 tbsp allulose syrup (see notes for more options)
- 1/4 tsp cocoa powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/8 tsp instant coffee
- Pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on low speed until just combined. Avoid over-mixing to prevent curdling.
- If using granular sweetener, ensure the blender is dry, add the sweetener, blend until powdered, and then add the remaining ingredients and blend briefly.
- If a blender is not available, a hand mixer or whisk can be used to mix the ingredients together.
