Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Keto Brown Sugar Replacement
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 oz Rum (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the butter, keto brown sugar replacement, and heavy whipping cream. Whisk and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully incorporated and the butter is melted.
  2. Transfer the sweetened condensed milk replacement to a high-speed blender.
  3. Add the unsweetened coconut milk, rum (if using), ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  4. Blend until fully incorporated for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate for 4 hours.
