Ingredients
- 1 oz Batavia arrack
- 3/4 oz oloroso sherry, preferably Lustau
- 1/2 oz pear brandy, preferably Clear Creek Williams
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz orgeat
- 1/4 oz cinnamon syrup
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake the mixture well to combine the flavors.
- Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
