Ingredients
- 3.50 oz. coconut milk
- 2.50 oz. coconut cream
- 3.50 oz. condensed milk
- 3 oz. evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- A pinch of nutmeg, plus more for garnish
- 1.50 oz. dark rum
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon sticks, and a pinch of nutmeg in a large saucepan.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it begins to bubble.
- Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let the mixture infuse for 30 minutes.
- Add the dark rum and stir well.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks and chill the mixture in the fridge until cold, about 1 to 2 hours.
- Serve with an extra dusting of nutmeg on top.
