Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz. coconut milk
  • 2.50 oz. coconut cream
  • 3.50 oz. condensed milk
  • 3 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • A pinch of nutmeg, plus more for garnish
  • 1.50 oz. dark rum

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon sticks, and a pinch of nutmeg in a large saucepan.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it begins to bubble.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let the mixture infuse for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the dark rum and stir well.
  5. Remove the cinnamon sticks and chill the mixture in the fridge until cold, about 1 to 2 hours.
  6. Serve with an extra dusting of nutmeg on top.
