Ingredients
- 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 oz espresso or double strength coffee
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- Cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- Whisk the heavy cream with a teaspoon or two of sugar until slightly thickened.
- Warm a cup and add Baileys, rum, and sugar.
- Pour in the hot coffee and mix well.
- Carefully spoon two tablespoons of the cream over the top.
- Dust with cinnamon and enjoy!
