Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz spiced rum
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 oz espresso or double strength coffee
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Cinnamon for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whisk the heavy cream with a teaspoon or two of sugar until slightly thickened.
  2. Warm a cup and add Baileys, rum, and sugar.
  3. Pour in the hot coffee and mix well.
  4. Carefully spoon two tablespoons of the cream over the top.
  5. Dust with cinnamon and enjoy!
