  • 1.50 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1.50 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Sparkling Soda
  • 1 drop Green Food Coloring
  • Ice Cubes
  • Maraschino Cherries and Mint Leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Jameson Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, pineapple juice, and a drop of green food coloring.
  2. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake for 25 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
