Ingredients
- 1-2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 4 ounces strong, hot coffee
- 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 1 ounce lightly whipped heavy cream
Instructions
- Warm the Irish coffee glass, mug, or heatproof glass.
- Place the brown sugar into the warmed glass.
- Add the strong, hot coffee and Irish whiskey.
- Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Slowly pour the lightly whipped heavy cream over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
