Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp low carb sugar substitute
  • 1/8 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz Irish whiskey (Jameson)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar substitute, espresso powder, and cocoa.
  2. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  5. Stir in the almond and vanilla extracts, followed by the Irish whiskey. Let the mixture cool.
  6. Once cooled, store the Irish Cream Delight in a glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
