- 1 1/2 tbsp low carb sugar substitute
- 1/8 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz Irish whiskey (Jameson)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar substitute, espresso powder, and cocoa.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Stir in the almond and vanilla extracts, followed by the Irish whiskey. Let the mixture cool.
- Once cooled, store the Irish Cream Delight in a glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
