Ingredients

  • 0.38 ounces berry blue jello mix
  • 0.38 ounces strawberry jello mix
  • 0.25 packets Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1.75 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.38 cups boiling water
  • 0.25 cups cold water
  • 0.25 cups Red (White & Berry Vodka)
  • Whipped cream and patriotic sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Place plastic cups onto a cookie sheet.
  2. Bring water to a boil and whisk in the berry blue jello mix until dissolved.
  3. Add vodka and stir to combine.
  4. Mix in cold water and allow to cool.
  5. Pour the blue gelatin mixture into the shot cups, filling them 1/3 of the way full. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
  6. Boil water and add sweetened condensed milk, then whisk in gelatin. Allow to cool.
  7. Add the white gelatin mixture to the cups, filling another 1/3 of the way. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
  8. Whisk the strawberry jello mix into boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in vodka and cold water.
  9. Add the red Jello layer, filling close to the top of the cups. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
  10. Top the Jello shots with whipped cream and patriotic sprinkles before serving. Enjoy!
