Ingredients
- 0.38 ounces berry blue jello mix
- 0.38 ounces strawberry jello mix
- 0.25 packets Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1.75 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 0.38 cups boiling water
- 0.25 cups cold water
- 0.25 cups Red (White & Berry Vodka)
- Whipped cream and patriotic sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Place plastic cups onto a cookie sheet.
- Bring water to a boil and whisk in the berry blue jello mix until dissolved.
- Add vodka and stir to combine.
- Mix in cold water and allow to cool.
- Pour the blue gelatin mixture into the shot cups, filling them 1/3 of the way full. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- Boil water and add sweetened condensed milk, then whisk in gelatin. Allow to cool.
- Add the white gelatin mixture to the cups, filling another 1/3 of the way. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- Whisk the strawberry jello mix into boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in vodka and cold water.
- Add the red Jello layer, filling close to the top of the cups. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- Top the Jello shots with whipped cream and patriotic sprinkles before serving. Enjoy!
