Ingredients

  • 2 oz cava (chilled)
  • 4-6 mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz cranberry juice
  • additional mint, lime, or fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. The night before your party, combine the triple sec, lime juice, and cranberry in a container and muddle the mint before adding it in. Let it sit overnight and then remove the mint.
  2. Add the cava to the punch bowl or champagne flute.
  3. Pour about 1 oz of the mixer (triple sec, lime, and cranberry) into the bottom of a champagne flute, then fill it with cava.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness to your preference.
  5. Serve chilled and garnish with additional mint, lime, or fresh cranberries.
