Ingredients
- 3 oz sparkling wine (cava)
- 2.50 oz hibiscus tea
- 2/3 oz soda or sparkling water
- 1/2 tbsp Grand Marnier (or Cointreau)
- 3/4 tsp sugar or plain syrup (or 1/4 tsp stevia)
- 2 tbsp mango, small cubes
- 1/4 mandarin, sliced
- 1/4 lime, sliced
Instructions
- In hot water, infuse hibiscus tea with sugar and let it cool.
- Wash and slice the fruits.
- Add the fruits to the hibiscus infusion and Grand Marnier, cover, and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
- In a pitcher, combine the cold sparkling wine, soda, and macerated fruits.
- Gently mix and serve with ice cubes.
