Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Jamaica blossoms
- 1 cup hot water
- 1-2 tbsp cardamom syrup
- Cardamom syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp lightly crushed green cardamom pods
Instructions
- To make the syrup, boil the sugar, water, and cardamom pods. Simmer for 10 minutes, then let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain and refrigerate.
- In a large pitcher, steep the hibiscus flowers in hot water for 15 minutes. Strain and refrigerate until cold.
- Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of cardamom syrup into the hibiscus infusion, sweeten to taste.
