Ingredients
- 1/8 cup Jamaica blossoms
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup cardamom syrup
- Cardamom syrup:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. lightly crushed green cardamom pods
Instructions
- To make the syrup, boil the sugar, water, and cardamom pods, then simmer for 10 minutes. Let it steep for 30 minutes, strain, and refrigerate.
- For the hibiscus cooler, steep the hibiscus flowers in hot water for 15 minutes, strain, and refrigerate until cold.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of cardamom syrup and adjust to taste with additional syrup if needed.
