Ingredients

  • 6 Zespri™ Green Kiwifruit
  • 2 oz simple syrup, divided
  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice, strained
  • 1-1/2 oz Plymouth Gin
  • 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the Zespri™ Green Kiwifruit.
  2. In a shaker, muddle the chopped kiwifruit with 1 oz of simple syrup.
  3. Add the fresh lemon juice, Plymouth Gin, Green Chartreuse, and the remaining 1 oz of simple syrup to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with a kiwi slice or twist of lemon, if desired.
