Golden Melon Soju Sipper

This refreshing cocktail, known as the Golden Dew, is a delightful blend of Korean makgeolli, soju, and chamoe melon juice. It offers a unique introduction to the less-familiar spirits, creating a one-of-a-kind flavor experience. With the gentle sweetness of chamoe juice, a hint of tang from freshly squeezed lemon juice, and the subtle complexity of honey, this cocktail is a perfect choice for those seeking a distinctive and exotic libation. The Golden Dew, originating from New York City's Reception Bar, is an excellent representation of the fusion of global flavors in the world of mixology.
