Golden Harvest Sangria
A refreshing white sangria with white grape juice, orange liqueur, honey, and sparkling wine, infused with nectarine, orange, cherries, raspberries, basil, and mint.
Ingredients
- 3/8 cup white grape juice, chilled
- 1/16 cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
- 1 1/2 teaspoon superfine or granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 nectarine, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 navel orange, quartered and thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh or canned mandarin orange sections, drained
- 3 tablespoons fresh golden or red raspberries
- 1/8 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/8 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/3 of a 750 milliliter bottle of sparkling white wine, chilled

Instructions
- In a large pitcher or glass jar, mix together the chilled white grape juice, orange liqueur, sugar, and honey until the sugar and honey dissolve.
- Stir in the chopped nectarine, thinly sliced orange, cherries or mandarin orange sections, raspberries, basil, and mint.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour or up to 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Just before serving, add the sparkling white wine to the fruit mixture.
- Serve the sangria in glasses over ice.
