Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 inch fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground clove
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 3 tablespoons Kahlua
- 3 tablespoons homemade gingerbread syrup
- 1/4 cup half and half
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, vanilla, brown sugar, molasses, grated ginger, cinnamon, and clove. Boil over high heat for 3-5 minutes. Then set aside to cool.
- Rim 8oz cocktail glasses with cinnamon sugar.
- Fill the cocktail glasses halfway with ice.
- Stir in the vodka, Kahlua, and 3 tablespoons of the gingerbread syrup; mix well.
- Pour in the half and half and gently stir.
- Enjoy!
