Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk (such as flax milk)
  • 1/2 tsp molasses
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 scoop Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen Peptides
  • 1 shot espresso

Instructions

  1. Heat the dairy-free milk over medium-high heat until it reaches a gentle boil.
  2. Add the molasses and maple syrup to the hot milk, and whisk until combined.
  3. Add the ground ginger, cinnamon, and collagen peptides to the mixture, and continue to whisk until well incorporated.
