Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 small piece of Fresh Ginger
  • 1 oz Limoncello
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • 1 Mint Sprig
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice

Instructions

  1. Cut the fresh ginger into small pieces and place them in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add vodka to the cocktail shaker and muddle the ginger.
  3. Add crushed ice and pour the limoncello over it, then shake until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
  4. Strain and pour the chilled cocktail into a martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint, then serve.
