Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 6 bruised sage leaves, including stems
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce pear juice
- 1/4 ounce ginger-sage simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the water, sugar, ginger, and bruised sage leaves.
