Ingredients

  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp refrigerated ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves (bruised)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine cold water, coconut water, pineapple juice, lime juice, ginger paste, and sugar in a pitcher.
  2. Place the bruised mint leaves in a straining chamber or add them directly to the pitcher for later manual straining.
