  • 1/2 can (6 oz) pineapple juice
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp refrigerated ginger paste
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh mint leaves (bruised)
  • Ice

Instructions

  2. Place the bruised mint leaves in a straining chamber or directly into the pitcher.
