Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 oz Cold soda water

Instructions

  1. Combine Gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake the mixture without ice for 15 seconds (dry shake).
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for a few seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Highball glass over ice.
  5. Carefully fill up the glass with ice-cold soda water.
