Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 small egg white
  • 2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Simple Syrup
  • Champagne or Prosecco
  • Rose Petals
  • Strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, egg whites, lemon juice, lemon zest, simple syrup, and plenty of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute until the mixture is frothy and well combined.
