Ingredients

  • 1 lime wedge
  • Pinch of coarse salt or coarse sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen limeade concentrate
  • 3/8 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice
  • 3 to 3 3/4 cups small ice cubes
  • Lemon or lime slice for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. If desired, rub the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge, then dip the rim into a shallow dish of coarse salt or sugar and shake off the excess. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen limeade concentrate, orange juice, and grapefruit juice. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. While the blender is running, gradually add the ice cubes through the hole in the lid, blending until the mixture becomes slushy.
  4. Pour the mocktail into the prepared margarita glass. Optionally, garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.
