Ingredients
- 5 oz. dry rosé wine
- 4 large strawberries, halved
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- Additional strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Pour 5 oz. of rosé wine into a glass measuring cup and set it aside for serving.
- Remove the tops of the strawberries, halve them, and then blend them with the remaining rosé wine and honey until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a covered baking dish and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
- After freezing, blend the mixture until it reaches a fluffy texture.
- Pour the blended mixture into a glass and add a splash of rosé to achieve the final desired texture.
- Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired, and serve.
