Ingredients

  • 5 oz. dry rosé wine
  • 4 large strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • Additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour 5 oz. of rosé wine into a glass measuring cup and set it aside for serving.
  2. Remove the tops of the strawberries, halve them, and then blend them with the remaining rosé wine and honey until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture into a covered baking dish and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  4. After freezing, blend the mixture until it reaches a fluffy texture.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into a glass and add a splash of rosé to achieve the final desired texture.
  6. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired, and serve.
