- 1.50 oz Tawny port wine
- 1 tsp Simple syrup
- 1 Organic egg
- Grated nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Cognac, Tawny port wine, simple syrup, and the organic egg.
- Dry-shake the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker, then shake again until the drink is thoroughly chilled.
